LIMITED 12 MONTH WARRANTY
Precision Small Arms, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“PSA”) warrants
each and every PSA-25 pistol, when purchased from an authorized PSA
dealer, to be and thereafter remain free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of retail
purchase by a consumer. Without cost to the consumer, PSA will
replace any PSA-25 pistol (or part thereof) that at time of purchase
or thereafter for 12 months is determined by PSA in its sole
discretion to be defective. This limited warranty pertains only to
PSA-25 pistols used under normal and typical conditions and does not
extend to damage caused by consumer misuse, nicks or scratches to
metal surfaces caused by normal wear and tear, or other events, such
as utilizing third party made magazines or custom ammunition. This
limited warranty is specific to the original owner of a PSA-25
pistol and is non-transferable.
To obtain service from PSA under this limited warranty, return your
PSA-25 pistol to the PSA authorized dealer from whom the pistol was
originally purchased. You may also contact PSA directly via the
toll-free customer service telephone number or email address listed
under the “Contact US” Section of this Website to arrange a direct
transfer. Altering a PSA-25 pistol in any way voids this limited
warranty and may expose both you and third-parties to unknown risks,
including the possibility of death.
Disclaimer
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed
or implied. PSA disclaims all warranties for the PSA-25 pistol when
said pistol is purchased from a seller other than an authorized PSA
dealer. PSA disclaims all other warranties, including the warranty
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PSA assumes
no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages caused directly or proximally from use of a PSA-25 pistol by
the original or subsequent owners of the pistol or third parties.
This limited warranty gives the original purchaser of a PSA-25
pistol specific legal rights. An original purchaser of a PSA-25
pistol may have other legal rights depending upon where he/she may
reside. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation
of special, incidental or consequential damages or limitations on
how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations
may not apply to everyone. Outside of the United States of America,
local taxes, tariffs, or shipping charges may apply.
Extended Maintenance Contract
If you desire additional protection for your PSA-25 pistol, consider
purchasing an Extended Maintenance Contract directly from PSA as an
alternative to relying on the services of a local gunsmith. We
charge a one-time service fee of $100.00 for this protection. This
fee guarantees the original purchaser of a PSA-25 pistol that he/she
or subsequent purchasers of the pistol will be protected against
defects in material and workmanship for an additional 36 months
beyond the 12 months limited warranty period. This protection
does not apply to PSA-25 pistols that in our sole opinion require
repair due to misuse, failure to clean, oil and store the pistol
properly, modifications, alterations or abuse through negligence or
otherwise. During this 36 month period, PSA will pay for all parts,
labor and return shipping and handling fees associated with
repairing your PSA-25 pistol and will deliver the pistol in a clean
and oiled condition.
To subscribe for the Extended Maintenance Contract, follow this simple procedure:
- Provide us with proof that you purchased your PSA-25 pistol
from an authorized PSA dealer. “Proof” can be a receipt for
purchase, a cancelled check or even a letter from the authorized
PSA dealer from whom you bought the PSA-25 pistol attesting to
the date of purchase.
- Provide the information we ask for in the Extended
Maintenance Contract Application Card that accompanied your
PSA-25 pistol in its grey plastic carrying case at time of
purchase. Be sure to provide us with the serial number of the
pistol (which is located on the left side of the receiver near
the safety lever).
- Enclose with the foregoing documents a check or money order
for U.S. $100.00 payable to: Precision Small Arms, Inc. Do not
send cash in the mail.
- Send proof of purchase, the completed Application Card and

Make sure that you subscribe for the Extended Maintenance Contract within 60 calendar days from the date you purchase your
PSA-25 pistol or we will return funds and paperwork unprocessed. Upon timely receipt of the foregoing items we will enroll
your PSA-25 pistol (by serial number) in this program. A signed enrollment card showing your PSA-25 pistol serial number
will be mailed to you within two weeks attesting to this fact. The Extended Maintenance Contract is transferable during the
36 month period.
Call First!!!
Weather you are having a problem with your PSA-25 pistol during or
after the initial 12 months limited warranty period, call or
email us first before arranging to have your pistol shipped to us
for possible repair. Use the email address or toll-free telephone
number listed in this Website under “Contact Us”. Tell us in detail
about the problem you are experiencing with your PSA-25 pistol. In
some cases we might be able to remedy the problem without resorting
to repair. In other cases we may simply send replacement parts to
you that you can install yourself. When you do send your PSA-25
pistol to us for repair, please be sure to send it in its original
gray padded plastic carrying case without the various documents and
barrel cleaning brush that accompanied it at time of purchase but
with the original magazine. The grey plastic carrying case provides
a high level of protection against possible damage and will be
returned to you along with your repaired PSA-25 pistol.
