Return Policy

We have a very simple return policy for all non-pistol related items: if you have received the item and used it, you own it.

However, if you have not used the item and not more than 10 days has passed since you have received it from the US Post Office, we will allow you to return it to us for (a) either a full credit to your account in the form of a credit memo against future purchases from us over the following 12 months, or (b) if you desire a refund, we will issue a refund to you for the item within 10 days upon receipt thereof, less the original cost of shipping the item to you, and also less a 5% of the total purchase price restocking fee. This policy does not apply to items we custom make for you, springs, lubricants and ammunition. These items may not be returned for a refund under any circumstance.

If you purchased a pistol from us and upon inspection of the pistol at your dealer's place of business prior to taking personal possession of the pistol you desire to return it to us, you may do so. However, you must notify us by telephone or email within 48 hours of inspecting the pistol at your dealer's place of business that you are returning the pistol to us. And the return must occur via the original dealer to whom the pistol was sent for your account. Inform us that you are returning the pistol either (a) because it appears to have been damaged in shipment or (b) because you simply desire to do so. Pay your dealer the out-of-pocket cost of sending the pistol back to us by using one of these common carrier services: USPS 2 or 3 Day Priority Mail, 2 Day Fed Ex or 2 Day UPS. You may ask us to (a) issue you a full credit to your account in the form of a credit memo for the purchase price of the pistol and outbound shipping charges which can be used over the following 12 months, or (b) issue a refund to you within ten days of receipt of the pistol for its purchase price, less the original cost of outbound shipping charges of the pistol, and also less 5% of the purchase price you paid for the pistol.

However, if you have taken possession of the pistol from your dealer and then desire to return it to us, we will only offer you a credit on account in the form of a credit memo equal to the price you paid us for the pistol (no credit for outbound shipping charges incurred by us) which can be used over the following 12 months, and then only if you have not fired the pistol.

If you have fired the pistol, and for any reason then wish to return the pistol to us, our obligation to you is set forth in the written warranty which accompanied the pistol when it was sent to your designated dealer on your behalf. The warranty can also be accessed on this website. In simple terms: if the pistol is found by us in our sole determination to be defective, we will repair it or we will replace it with a new one. If in our sole determination we find the pistol to be functional, then we (a) either will return the pistol to the address we have on file from you as your home address, or (b) retain the pistol in our possession as your personal property and assist you in finding a buyer for the pistol. In order to facilitate a successful sale process of your pistol, we will list your pistol on our website under the category "Unusal Items". When your pistol is sold to a qualified buyer, we will remit 85% of the net proceeds from the sale to you by money order or certified bank check. Payment will be sent to the the address we have on file for your account - or to an address you so direct us to remit payment to - upon receipt by us from you by email or telephone of a new remit address.
